It is quite easy to register as an exporting firm/ organization in India, one has to follow just a few steps for filing registration:

Go to the DGFT Website: Go to www.dgft.gov.in and register your website, then to the Services tab and fill your name, company address, Company PAN Card and OTP.
Add application Entity Details: Fill and update the application entity form by uploading your business license, state license and foundational documents like Memorandum of association and article of association. If you have a branch address, fill the address the same too.
Make Owner verification: Fill and also update your and your partner’s details & upload documents of Scanned copies of Aadhaar card, pan card and other essential documents.
Fee Payment: Make fee payment for the export registration using Debit, Credit Card or Net Banking.
Preview & Print Application:Preview and print your application once you are done with the submission.


Submission: Finally submit your application online, you are an exporter now.
